Do you charge administration fees?No, we don't charge admin fees. Our service is tottaly free of charge. You choose a room, we get the paperwork done and we arrange a suitable move in date once the payment is cleared.

Can I stay less than 3 months?We could agree on that depending on availibility and how long you are willing to stay but to benefit of great prices, a minimum of three months is recommeded.

How many people live in each property?That will vary from property to property. We have properties with 4, others with 5 or 6 and properties with 7 or 8 people but the number of peolpe will reflect the size of the house/flat and number of bathrooms/toilets.

Are the bills included in the rent?All bills are included in the rent and so does the maintenance services and weekly professional cleaning in all communal areas.
