Since 2013, Homer London Properties has been providing accommodation to professionals and students in North London. Our difference from the competitors is that we treat everyone fairly, provide good accommodation and we deliver 100% what promise. All tenants are important to us so we value each one of them and make sure their stay is great and that they enjoy living with us. Another differential is that we have washers and driers in each single property and that will save you money and time as you will not need to go to the laundry. Lastly we provide fridges for everyone and not a single fridge in the kitchen where other than not being enough for everyone, food always goes missing. We instead provide a fridge per room. All the extras we provide make us not better but "the best" in the shared accommodation market in London.

When I first arrived in London, I lived in one of Homer's Properties in Manor House. I'm glad I met Patric and Vanderson as they helped me a lot and not only providing a clean room in an excellent flat but giving me all tips about what to do in London, how to find job, register at the doctors etc. The are both very helpful and did their best to make sure my stay was good. I lived in the same room for about 10 months and it was always clean and tidy. Due to work's reason, I had to move out and I found difficult to find the same level of services again since I left their property. Very good agency. They care about people and will sort out any issues very quickly. I remember once when we had a major issue with the boiler and there was no hot water as we were waiting for a technician but that took a few days and Patric has offered us to let us all shower in another property nearby. Some of us accepted and liked very much that he cared for us. it was a difficult time, but the way he sorted the issue was just amazing. Oh and not to forget, Patric is quite tough when he needs to be with regards the house rules but he is very fair to everyone. I would strongly recommend their properties if you are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful place with rules to be followed.
