Accommodation for Professionals and Students
Single, doubles or twins rooms in shared properties in North London around Finsbury park, Manor House, Clapton and Holloway Road. Very clean, tidy and attractive properties. Prices vary from £130 to £230pw and includes weekly cleaning of all communal areas, all bills and maintenance. Methods of payments are bank transfer or card payments. 1.75% will be added for card payments.
No fees are charged to any tenants
Property Management for Landlords
We offer property management for Landlords where we promise 100% satisfaction with guaranteed rent every month. We service all properties on our own costs and the agreed rent is paid fully to all landlords. No commissions charged, ho hidden fees.
Property Maintenance
We offer a variety of services such as flooring, plumbing, electrical, boiler servicing, refurbishments and small repairs. A call out charge of £45 will be charged for all services but then discounted on the total bill. The call out fee is non-refundable if you change your mind and do not wish to go ahead with the service booked.
All payments will be made in cash or card (except AMEX) at the end of the service. 1.75% will be added in the total bill if paid by card. Invoice will be submitted automatically via e-mail.
